To complete our team, we are looking for a: Room-service Chef de rang (M/F) Workplace: Lausanne Palace Start date: Contract type: Fixed-Term Contract Responsibilities Carry out breakfast, lunch and dinner services Carry out all setups for service Carry out clearing on the floors Carry out the setups and "Welcome" service Organize and control the cleaning of equipment and workspaces Carry out the training of trainees and commis Profile sought You are a graduate in hotel-restaurant management (BEP, CAP, BTS, BAC PRO, CFC or equivalent). You benefit from a first significant experience in room service or catering within a high-end hotel. You speak French and English fluently; a third language is a plus. You are comfortable with standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Micros). You are organized, dynamic, with an excellent sense of detail and a strong team spirit.
