IT Applications Manager / Service Manager (a) Your missions with us • You manage, in collaboration with international teams, central business applications such as Automationflows, PLM, ERP, CRM, time tracking, and collaboration solutions • You work closely with business stakeholders, IT colleagues, and external partners at different sites and support the harmonization as well as the continuous development of our global application landscape and processes • You coordinate external service providers and software vendors and ensure efficient, stable, and high-quality operation of the systems • You identify potential uses for AI, automation, and digital technologies and implement them to optimize business processes • You assume responsibility for selected business applications throughout their entire lifecycle - from requirements analysis and design to implementation, through to go-live and continuous development Your profile • You have completed training with a specialization in business informatics or informatics and possess solid knowledge of basic IT • You are an action-oriented person who actively approaches challenges and drives changes instead of waiting for solutions • Ideally, you already have experience with PLM, ERP, CRM and other enterprise applications and know the basics of their data models and interfaces • You are familiar with SQL and have a good understanding of relational databases as well as modern integration and interface technologies (REST APIs, Web-Services, data integration) • You have experience with modern collaborative platforms such as Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365 and are interested in automation, AI and the digitalization of processes with technologies such as the Microsoft Power Platform • You work in a highly structured, autonomous manner and like to take on responsibilities - even in an international environment and beyond departmental and site boundaries • You possess strong communication skills, a team spirit and a solution-oriented approach • You enjoy discovering new technologies and applications, remain ready to learn and can express yourself easily in German and English Our offer for you • We invest in you!
