Specialist Operations & Processes Basic Services (f/m/d) The Luzerner Kantonalbank AG (LUKB) is one of the largest cantonal banks with around 1'400 employees. As a central hub in cooperation with the sales units, product management and ICT, the Operations & Processes Basic Services team is responsible for the smooth operation and further development of business requirements surrounding the basic services of LUKB. The operations include, in particular, the analysis and specification of business requirements, the optimization of processes, and the support of technical implementations including testing, introduction of new solutions and functional support. For this team, we are looking for a dedicated specialist with sound know-how in the banking environment, particularly in the area of customer data, contract management, CRM as well as communication and dispatch objects. In this role, you will make an important contribution to the functional stability, quality and further development of our processes and systems. Specialist Operations & Processes Basic Services (f/m/d) Your job at a glance What you achieve with us You work within the Operations & Processes Basic Services team and support the stable operations as well as the continuous further development of our basic services. You are responsible for the further development of processes in the area of customer data and contract management and identify optimization potential. You ensure the collection, analysis and prioritization of business requirements and bugs, transfer these into specifications for IT and ensure clean documentation. You accompany technical implementations within the framework of releases and projects, including acceptance and verification of the productive introduction. You carry out functional testing activities along the internal release cycles for quality assurance. In doing so, you constantly develop the test cases further and drive the step-by-step automation of the testing processes. You process complex support requests, take on a central interface function between product and channel management, operations, IT, sales as well as external service providers and actively represent the operations in projects. As a possible development perspective, you additionally take on the role as a speaker for internal application training for new LUKB employees. What you bring with you You bring several years of professional experience in banking, ideally in a similar function. Further education in the field of business administration or business informatics (HF, FH, Uni) is an advantage. You bring sound specialist knowledge in the area of customer data, contract management, CRM as well as communication and dispatch objects and have a good understanding of banking systems and processes. You have experience in the collection and specification of business requirements as well as in the support of projects, releases and testing. In doing so, you ideally have knowledge of Avaloq as well as experience with Jira and Confluence. You are an open, motivated and solution-oriented personality who enjoys working with different internal and external stakeholders. You work reliably, independently and with a focus on quality, bring analytical skills as well as initiative and keep an overview even with complex topics.
