The Cliniques de la Suva in Sion and Bellikon accompany people after an accident or illness on the path back to daily life, professional life, and greater autonomy. Our ICT contributes directly to this: stable systems, secure data, reliable communication, and digital solutions that support medical, nursing, therapeutic, and administrative teams in their daily work. We are evolving our ICT: from environments historically built by site towards a common, modern, and hybrid ICT for the Cliniques de la Suva. At the center of this evolution: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, hybrid identities, modern platforms, secure access, and stable operation. For this, we are looking for: an experienced technical personality, very comfortable in the Microsoft environment, and motivated to actively contribute to this transformation. What it is about You work at the Sion site and are part of an ICT organization active on both sites. Your area of expertise is centered around Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, and hybrid platforms. You contribute to operating our current environment in a stable manner, to evolving it, and to standardizing it progressively. To do this, you collaborate closely with the teams in Sion and Bellikon as well as with our external partners. Senior ICT Engineer – Microsoft Cloud & hybrid platforms Your missions: You operate and evolve our Microsoft and infrastructure platforms, in particular Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Windows Server. You contribute to the development of hybrid identities, secure access, and modern operational processes. You participate in topics of virtualization, backup, restore, monitoring, and operational documentation. You help to harmonize the ICT infrastructure between Sion and Bellikon and to implement common standards. You automate recurring tasks and make operations more robust, transparent, and efficient. You analyze incidents in a structured manner, identify the causes, and implement sustainable solutions. You participate in projects, for example in the modernization of communication, access, platforms, and clinical systems. You intervene in 2nd and 3rd level support and participate in the on-call service within the team. You know how to situate network and security topics in operations and deal with them with internal specialists and external partners. What you bring You are an experienced ICT Engineer with very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, in particular Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Windows Server. You have experience with hybrid environments and you understand the interaction between cloud, local systems, identities, access rights, and secure access. You know how to independently analyze complex technical problems, identify their causes, and implement solid solutions. You work in a structured manner, you document clearly, and you ensure that knowledge remains available within the team. You have the ambition not only to operate existing solutions but to improve them, standardize them, and make them more stable in the long term. You understand the main network and security topics in operations, for example VPN, firewalling, segmentation, Aruba, or Palo Alto. You do not need to be a specialist in them. You speak very good French. German or English is an advantage for collaboration between the two sites. Your seniority is based on solid training in computer science, relevant practical experience, and the ability to evolve demanding ICT environments in a secure manner.
