Are you ready to achieve great things with us? ### YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY To succeed a long-standing specialist, we are looking for an experienced specialist for the maintenance of our production facilities and machines. Induction will take place via a long handover phase by the current job holder. • Implementation of planned maintenance according to the maintenance plan as well as troubleshooting during ongoing operations • Maintenance, upkeep, and repair of our production facilities and machines: from welding and robot systems to surface treatment systems to machine tools • Troubleshooting and problem-solving on mechanical systems as well as ensuring availability and operational readiness • Collaboration in general operational maintenance of systems and building infrastructure • Deputy and collaboration as needed in the hand welding machines workshop (maintenance and recurring tests) • Ordering of spare parts and participation in sensible spare parts management • In-house production of spare parts that are no longer available or only available with long delivery times • Order and feedback recording as well as documentation of maintenance and testing work in our IT systems • Compliance with specifications regarding quality, occupational safety, and the environment; decommissioning of dangerous systems and initiating defect rectification YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES • Completed training as a Polymechaniker/in or Maschinenmechaniker/in EFZ or equivalent • Several years of professional and industrial experience in the maintenance of production facilities and machines • Sound knowledge in mechanical processing and troubleshooting • Willingness to train in the maintenance and testing of welding equipment; corresponding prior knowledge is an advantage • Confident handling of IT systems for order and testing documentation • Strong personal responsibility, initiative, and problem-solving competence • Communicative, team player, strong implementation skills, flexible, and resilient • Advantageous: Experience in the maintenance of cutting machine tools (gantry milling machines) YOUR BENEFITS • Discounts on various leisure activities, mobile phone subscriptions, and insurance; • regular company events or • participation in further training.
