Specialist Medicines 80-100% (m/w/d) The Health Insurance Solutions AG is a performance support center for health, social and private insurers founded in 2024. With high-quality and efficient services from a single source, we support our customers and partners in optimizing their benefit processes and successfully developing themselves in the insurance market. To strengthen our Medicines team, we are looking for a Specialist Medicines 80-100% (m/w/d) immediately or by agreement. Your role As a Specialist Medicines, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing complex applications for medicines on a case-by-case basis. You will negotiate with pharmaceutical companies on an equal footing and ensure that economic, medical and legal aspects are optimally taken into account. With your well-founded argumentation, you will make traceable decisions and be the central contact person for internal and external stakeholders. In doing so, you will combine technical expertise in the pharmaceutical sector with a clear focus on service quality and patient benefit, taking into account legal and regulatory requirements. Your tasks You will review complex cost approval applications for medicines on a case-by-case basis (Art. 71a-d KVV) as well as for medicines with an existing price model - in close cooperation with the trusted medical service. You will conduct negotiations with pharmaceutical companies on pricing and discounting for medicines used outside of Swissmedic approval or the limitation of the specialty list and reimbursed by basic insurance (Art. 71a-d KVV). You will draft well-founded and traceable justifications for your decisions and support our customers in this way. You will be the central point of contact internally and externally for all questions related to medicines in the area of Article 71a-d KVV and price models. Your profile You have a medical or paramedical education and have in-depth knowledge in the pharmaceutical sector. You have experience in the benefits area of a health insurance company. Ideally, you have further training in the commercial sector and/or in health or social insurance. You think in a networked way, communicate clearly and convince with cogent arguments. You take on responsibility and work independently. You put our customers at the center and offer them excellent service. You have very good oral and written expression skills in German, knowledge of English and/or French is an advantage.
