La Source is recruiting for the senior-lab, a position of : Your mission: ### • Management of the communication of le senior-lab (website, newsletter, social networks, press releases, professional articles, presentations, etc.), including the creation, implementation and dissemination of content and media ; • Definition of the communication strategy of le senior-lab (in consultation with the Gropil) and an annual plan of communication measures. • Management of media relations, in collaboration with the Gropil and the coordinator of le senior-lab ; • Collaboration and coordination with the communication services of each of the three founding Hautes Ecoles of le senior-lab ; • Representation of le senior-lab and networking in the context of events and with the community, professional and academic networks and potential clients ; • (Co-)organization of events: logistical and operational organization; if necessary moderation and animation. You are a graduate in communication, journalism, digital marketing or web marketing or have training deemed equivalent. You have at least 5 years of experience in these fields and you are recognized for your writing skills and your ability to synthesize. You are comfortable in oral communication and in public relations. You are autonomous, flexible and proactive. You enjoy working in a team and wish to contribute to the development of a small structure with a mission that is both academic and human. Hosted in a pleasant working environment, located in the heart of the city of Lausanne, the office of le senior-lab is located in la Haute Ecole de la Santé La Source in Beaulieu. You will work in collaboration with the coordinator and in direct link with the pilot group of le senior-lab, composed of the three Professors representing the founding Hautes Ecoles.
