Your tasks You lead the technical inside service team technically and personally and support your employees in the operational day-to-day business. You coordinate the deployment planning together with the responsible specialist disposition and ensure that our service technicians are deployed efficiently and on time. You support the continuous optimization of deployment and route planning as well as smooth order processing. You accompany the responsible specialist for the spare parts warehouse and ensure efficient, customer-oriented warehouse processes together with her. You support inventory control, warehouse management, and the coordination of orders and goods receipts. You control and monitor internal workshop repairs as well as external repairs with manufacturers in the country and abroad. You check and approve cost estimates and ensure complete repair documentation. You check technician reports and their correct and timely entry. You check and issue invoices and ensure the correct further billing of internal and external repair services. You process customer complaints in the area of repairs and billing, develop customer-oriented solutions, and ensure professional communication. You work closely with internal departments, our service technicians, and external partners and continuously develop processes in the technical inside service. Your profile You have a technical basic education and ideally already have experience in the technical inside service, customer service, or service area. You know the dental industry, ideally from your own experience. You have initial leadership experience or want to take the next step into a leadership position. You work in a structured, reliable, and keep an overview even in demanding situations. You think in a solution-oriented way, like to organize, and have fun continuously improving processes. You convince through your communication strength and work gladly with different internal and external contacts. You have a high quality and service understanding and act in a customer-oriented manner. You work independently, take responsibility, and motivate your team with a positive and appreciative manner. You ideally have knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or bring a high IT affinity. You have very good German language skills; further language skills are an advantage.
