As a Production Employee (m/w/d), you are responsible for maintenance and cleaning, as well as independent operation and monitoring of the plant. YOUR NEW TASKS: • Independent operation and adjustment of individual machine components • Permanent monitoring of the production process • Independent troubleshooting of simple machine malfunctions in accordance with the instructions and guidelines of the maintenance department • Carrying out simple maintenance work on individual machine components • Supporting maintenance technicians in complex troubleshooting and during revisions • Forwarding information from ongoing production to the direct supervisor or the responsible departments • Taking over/executing all tasks that belong to improvement/development. • Compliance with all established guidelines, with regard to occupational safety and all hygiene regulations ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS? • You have completed an apprenticeship EFZ • Professional experience with production plants is an advantage • First professional experience required • Willingness to work shifts (3-4 shifts) is mandatory • Willingness to undergo in-company further training • You are a team player and responsible • You are resilient • You are experienced in handling MS Office • You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking Please apply online and submit your complete application documents, including a cover letter and references, in one single PDF.
