For our baby group we are looking for you as a dedicated specialist who accompanies the development of our youngest children with passion and heart. Your tasks: You lead the baby group with children aged 3 to 18 months. You design a loving, safe and development-promoting daily routine for the children. You plan and implement age-appropriate activities and promotional offers. You work closely with parents and conduct regular parent interviews. You lead and support the team in your group. You ensure compliance with our quality standards and pedagogical concepts. You observe and document the development of the children.   Your profile: You have completed training as a specialist in childcare EFZ, kindergarten teacher, social pedagogue or a equivalent, recognized in Switzerland, education. You have several years of professional experience in childcare, ideally in a baby group. You have initial leadership experience or desire to take on leadership tasks. You work empathetically, responsibly and structured.
