Days that are not alike • Analysis of faults and repair work of household appliances at the customer's premises • Advise and instruct customers on the use and maintenance of household appliances • Advice and sale of replacement and new appliances, accessories, and warranty extensions • Preparation of quotes and new offers • Management and control of spare parts as well as installation and/or delivery with appropriate return designation by means of a "blue box" • Updating the vehicle inventory and ensuring it is complete for interventions • Carrying out administrative work / reports at the customer's premises with notebook (Windows / SAMS) • Preparation of online work (AVOR) for assigned service orders using the SA What we offer • An exciting job at the leader in household appliances, with an indefinite contract and attractive conditions • A service vehicle with a paid parking space at your home • Simple ordering of necessary spare parts via your laptop, which are delivered directly to the service vehicle. • Planning of your daily interventions by the internal service • Close exchange with your team and mutual support, as well as assistance always available thanks to our technical hotline. • A detailed training plan with training in each specialized field Knowledge and experience • Complete vocational training with CFC electrical installer or assembly electrician • Driver's license cat.
