To strengthen and complete our technical team, we are recruiting a Maintenance Coordinator at 100% (ref : 1969) As the true conductor of maintenance activities, you will contribute to ensuring the availability, safety, and performance of the technical facilities of our establishment for the benefit of patients and employees. Your mission ### Within the technical department and under the responsibility of the Technical Manager / Technical Director, you ensure the organization, planning, and monitoring of all maintenance activities of the establishment. You coordinate internal teams and external service providers, ensure the traceability of interventions, participate in the deployment of the GMAO, and ensure the proper execution of maintenance contracts to ensure the availability, safety, and performance of the hospital's technical facilities. Your main responsibilities ### Maintenance planning and coordination #### • Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance operations. • Prioritize interventions based on their level of urgency, criticality, and impact on hospital activity. • Organize and coordinate the interventions of internal teams and external companies. • Ensure the traceability and monitoring of interventions carried out. Technical facility management #### • Inventory and maintain up-to-date technical facilities and equipment. • Identify critical equipment requiring special monitoring. • Identify facilities concerned by construction or renovation projects. • Ensure the reliability of the establishment's technical data. GMAO deployment and operation #### • Participate in the choice, parameterization, and deployment of the GMAO. • Integrate buildings, premises, equipment, contracts, and maintenance plans. • Ensure monitoring of intervention requests and work orders. • Develop performance dashboards and indicators for maintenance. Maintenance contract management #### • Inventory and monitor existing maintenance contracts. • Identify needs for new contracts or contracts requiring updates. • Participate in the development of specifications and contract renewals. • Control the proper execution of services and compliance with contractual commitments. Service provider coordination #### • Plan interventions by external companies. • Organize access to different areas of the hospital. • Coordinate work with internal teams and user services. • Collect and archive intervention reports, certificates, and reports. • Report delays, anomalies, or non-conformities and ensure their follow-up. Technical documentation management #### • Centralize, organize, and update all technical documentation (plans, diagrams, DOE, notices, reports, contracts, certificates, and intervention histories). • Ensure the availability of technical information for internal teams and service providers. Required skills ### • Mastery of preventive and corrective maintenance of technical buildings. • Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills. • Good knowledge of technical facilities: electricity, CVC, plumbing, fire safety, medical gases, and building techniques. • Ability to read and understand technical plans and diagrams. • Mastery of a GMAO and office tools. • Experience in monitoring maintenance contracts and coordinating service providers. • Ability to produce clear reporting and ensure the traceability of interventions. We are looking for a profile that meets the following criteria ### • Diploma of higher education in maintenance, electrical engineering, climate engineering, building, electromechanics, or equivalent training. • Minimum 5 years of experience in the maintenance of complex buildings. • Experience in a hospital, clinical, laboratory, industrial, or other critical environment is an asset. • Confirmed experience in GMAO management. • Experience in coordinating subcontractors and monitoring maintenance contracts.
