Construction Team Leader - M/F Job description: We are looking for a construction Team Leader to join our company active on construction sites in Suisse romande. You will be responsible for the coordination of teams, the monitoring of works, and compliance with Swiss standards regarding safety and quality. • Team management "- management of masons/formworkers, distribution of tasks, integration of new employees • Structural work organization "- site preparation, daily planning, coordination with the site manager • Technical work "- supervision of formwork, reinforcement, concreting, assembly of walls and load-bearing structures • SUVA safety "- strict application of safety rules, risk prevention, control of PPE • Progress monitoring "- reporting to the site manager, anticipation of needs for equipment and materials Job requirements: Your profile ### • Proven experience in structural work in Switzerland (masonry, formwork, reinforced concrete) • Knowledge of SIA standards and SUVA requirements • Ability to read and interpret execution plans • Natural leadership, rigor, and sense of organization • Valid driver's license in Switzerland We offer ### • A stable and structured working environment. • Varied and technically interesting construction sites. • Remuneration in accordance with Swiss customs.
