We are looking for a Red Team Engineer who will develop our Red Teaming capabilities and conduct realistic, adversary-focused tests on our applications, cloud services, infrastructures and working environments. This role combines practical offensive security with the opportunity to co-design and evolve our Red Teaming program. AI is used intensively - both for the development of AI-assisted penetration tests and for testing the security of our own internal AI platforms. You will work closely with architects, engineers, developers, the Blue Team, risk functions and business teams to transform offensive findings into concrete improvements. In this way, you effectively strengthen our defenses in daily operations - not just on paper. Assets Applications submitted by recruitment agencies will not be considered for this position.
