Porter (m/f) 70 - 100% Cleaning and maintenance of guest areas • Lobby & entrances: Daily vacuuming and wet mopping of the hotel lobby as well as cleaning the glass doors and handles at the hotel entrance. • Bar & Lounge: Daily cleaning, vacuuming, and wet mopping of the floors in the bar, the Cigar Lounge, and the Bar Office. • Guest elevators: Daily thorough cleaning of all guest elevators in Einstein Haus (EH) and Bernegg Haus (BH) (incl. vacuuming cracks and cleaning mirrors and walls inside and outside). Outdoor area, order, and security • Area maintenance: Daily monitoring and ensuring order in the outdoor area from the hotel parking to the staff entrance. This includes emptying ashtrays and trash cans, removing leaves/flower petals, and picking up cigarette butts. • Winter service: Regular shoveling of snow and salting of walkways in winter. Logistics, laundry, and waste management • Laundry service: Stripping beds as well as collecting and sorting terry cloth and bed linen to transport them to the laundry (before 12:00 Uhr). Providing terry cloth linen for the wellness/fitness area. • Disposal: Daily collection and disposal of waste, cardboard, glass, porcelain, and PET from the floor offices and the FO area. Daily tidying of the cardboard room and pressing of cardboard. • Logistics & supply: Refilling water supplies in the floor offices. Receipt and professional storage of HSK orders (e.g., Transgourmet, Scheitlin). Upon request, transport of minibar items or providing extra requests (such as rollaway beds and baby cots) to the rooms. Quality assurance & maintenance • Maintenance: Carrying out minor repairs in the absence of the maintenance department. (Weekend) • Handover: Daily coordination and handover of a checklist with open pending items and information to the Gouvernante, as well as final consultation with the reception and housekeeping before signing off. Periodic tasks (Weekly / seasonal / Yearly) • Weekly: Thorough cleaning of the staff elevators (vacuuming, wet mopping, polishing stainless steel), cleaning the supplier entrance, the waste/empty bottle room, and the cardboard storage. Polishing the stair railings in Einstein Haus. Machine floor cleaning in the passage to the fitness park as well as the red corridor. Cleaning of the corridor on the 2nd floor Bernegg. Providing and collecting the waste containers for collection days. • Semi-annually (Spring/Autumn): Window cleaning in the stairwells, corridors, the bar, and the reception. • Annually (Deep cleaning): Deep cleaning of mattresses. Inspection of all chairs and replacement of chair glides. Steam cleaning of the day curtains in Einstein Haus as well as taking down, washing, and re-hanging the curtains in Bernegg Haus.
