Cybersecurity Operations Engineer

Your future begins here # You will strengthen our Cybersecurity Operations Team, a small, experienced team that develops and operates practical security services for business customers. In doing so, you accompany customers from requirement clarification through implementation to operation and focus on technical excellence. Together we solve real problems and increase resilience against cyber threats. Our culture values collaboration, technical depth, and continuous learning. • You operate and improve cybersecurity services such as Vulnerability Management and on-demand support for customers • You conduct assessments, derive clear measures, and implement them pragmatically • You analyze and remediate security incidents and vulnerabilities and work closely with customers • You automate processes with Python and work with modern tools such as Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender • You work cross-functionally, share knowledge within the team, and keep an eye on the entire security process Your Skills • Bachelor or Master (ETH/Uni/FH/HF) in Computer Science or Cyber Security • Experience in the operation of cybersecurity services and in Vulnerability Management • Sound understanding of incident handling as well as automation and scripting • Experience with Microsoft security solutions • Customer-oriented, pragmatic, and goal-oriented, with pleasure in direct exchange with customers • Team player, communicative, and confident in appearance • Structured, reliable, and curious, with initiative for continuous improvement • Very good German and English; French is an advantage With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or from your home office.
