Your commitment and your authentic presence contribute decisively to a positive customer experience. You will primarily focus on the following areas in the German language: • You feel comfortable in employment law. But you also know insolvency law. • You draft and review contracts in various legal areas, notably in employment law and restructuring law. • You represent our clients before authorities and during extrajudicial negotiations. • You perform legal checks and participate in the drafting of expert opinions. • You develop legal strategies and negotiation tactics for courts and negotiations. Qualifications: ### • You possess a Swiss or foreign lawyer patent recognized in Switzerland. • You have already acquired experience in the mentioned legal fields. • You have obtained a master's degree in law with a good grade. • You have a sense of entrepreneurship and an interest in economic issues and notably in employment law. • You demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and team spirit. • You seek and appreciate collaboration with lawyers in a business firm.
