SAH Zürich is a non-profit organization with impact: We move people forward - with educational offerings, job programs, and consultations in Zürich and the surrounding area. The INTEGRO offering mediates qualifying work placements in the primary labor market and supports job seekers from various industries in their professional (re-)orientation. The goals are sustainable integration into working life and the partial or complete replacement of social assistance/asylum social assistance. For our INTEGRO offering in Zürich, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks ### • You acquire qualifying work placements in the private sector, administration, and at non-profit organizations for well-/ highly qualified job seekers and continuously expand our network of host companies • You coach and accompany the participants in the application process (potential analysis, strategy development, optimization of application documents, self-marketing) • You are the contact person for the referring agencies, job seekers, and host companies and ensure smooth communication • You take on case-accompanying administrative tasks, including writing reports • Within the accompaniment process, you triage to further counseling centers if necessary • You support the further development of the offering Your profile ### • Tertiary degree in Social Work, Personnel/Job Placement, Vocational Counseling, or comparable training • Qualified coaching further training (e.g., CAS Coaching, SCA-/BSO-recognized training, Occupational* Mentor* with federal diploma or comparable qualification) • Several years of professional experience in the private sector and in job coaching • Talent for the acquisition of host companies • Initiative, winning personality with high social competence and negotiation skills • Proficient in German (oral and written); very good English skills desired • Very good IT user skills (MS-Office 365, SharePoint, use of AI) Our offering ### • Meaningful activity with high personal responsibility in a committed team • Our 40h week, annual working time, and at least 5 weeks of vacation ensure a balanced work/life balance • We value high professional and social competence and promote this specifically through further training opportunities • We cover 62% of the pension fund contributions Interested? ### Then apply online with your complete documents (motivation letter, CV, references, diplomas/certificates).
