Cleanroom Production Coordinator (m/f)

For our client, a successful Swiss industrial company (medical technology) headquartered in the Schaffhausen area, we are looking for a responsible personality with leadership/coordination experience as Cleanroom Production Coordinator (m/f) # • Technical leadership of a production team in the cleanroom • Planning and coordination of personnel, equipment and resources • Ensuring quality, deadlines and production processes • Induction and training of new employees • Optimization of processes (Lean/KVP) • Close cooperation with logistics and maintenance • Implementation of quality controls as well as documentation according to GMP/GDP guidelines • Experience in production, ideally in the cleanroom, pharma, medical or food sector • Initial leadership experience is an advantage • Independent, reliable and careful way of working • Good German skills in speaking and writing • Team player, resilient and flexible • Willingness to work shifts (2-shift) If you describe yourself as a committed team player with leadership strength and want to become part of an innovative company, then send us your complete application documents (CV, certificates and diplomas) by email to Herr Roman Meister roman.meister@evergreen-hr.ch.
