For our client in the Bern region, we are looking for a Clerk Internal Sales (a) 100% Your role: ### • Customer consulting on the telephone • Checking and recording customer orders • Creating and following up on offers • Processing customer inquiries and complaints • Recording and maintaining contact data, activities, and sales opportunities in the CRM • Support and collaboration in accounting • Taking over special tasks (e.g., trade fair visits, appointment tracking)   Your profile: ### • Completed commercial training  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems • Confident handling of MS-Office • Good French language skills  • High customer and team orientation as well as strong communication skills • Exact and efficient way of working Interested?
