YOUR TASKS • Methodical lead in the creation, further development, and review of business cases, financial valuation models, investment requests, and investment reviews • Creation of decision bases, management reports, and presentations for the executive management and other committees • Support and financial accompaniment of M&A activities, including financial modelling, due diligence, and integration analyses • Internal consulting services for specialist departments and management as well as close cooperation with operations, M&A, business development, finance, and external stakeholders • Further development of methods, standards, and governance processes for the professional management of investments and strategic projects • Support in finance and corporate development projects <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Completed studies in business administration, finance, economics, or a comparable field of study • Several years of professional experience in investment controlling, corporate finance, transaction services, or consulting • Very good knowledge in the creation and review of business cases, financial valuation models, and corporate valuation • Strong analytical thinking skills, initiative, structured consulting, and problem-solving competence • Innovative handling of new tools and technologies • Strong communication skills as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation • Very good English as well as good German and French skills <br /> Are you ready to take off in an innovative environment?
