Your new job You are responsible for the operational management and further development of our asset management in the field of solar energy: You are responsible for the optimal technical and economic operation of our solar systems and optimize assets in terms of yield, availability and costs. You develop and implement efficient processes and structures in technical asset management. You drive digitalization initiatives and establish data-driven decision-making bases. You are responsible for the performance monitoring and reporting of our plant portfolios. You coordinate the other team members and work closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. operators, investors, service providers). What sets you apart You have a university degree in engineering, energy, environmental, natural or economic sciences. You have several years of experience in technical asset management of energy systems, ideally in the field of solar energy. In-depth knowledge of the commercial management and optimization of energy systems. Experience with digitalization projects and a pronounced understanding of data management and analysis. Ideally, you already have experience in leading and developing teams. Confident appearance as well as strong communication and organizational skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders. Secure German language skills at C2 level are mandatory.
