Then we are looking for you! -------------------- Task ## What awaits you During your apprenticeship at ESA you have the opportunity to participate in various areas - for example in sales, customer advisory or in goods management. You are in exchange with our locations and customers from all over Switzerland and can thus gain valuable experience in direct contact with our diverse clientele and in organization. Your tasks: • Independent service of customers both in person and by telephone • Advising customers and selling the entire assortment • Receiving and handling customer inquiries, orders and complaints • Providing pre-ordered goods and operating the shop cash register • Maintaining the sales shelves and presenting products • Assistance with sales activities, preparation of offers and inventory work • Recording returns and checking the goods Profile ## What you bring with you: • You have good manners and enjoy contact with people • You enjoy working on the computer • You have a sense for numbers as well as knowledge of the foreign languages French or English • You have a pronounced readiness to provide service • You can express yourself well orally and in writing • You have a quick grasp and are an organizational talent What we offer you Our diverse apprenticeships enable you to have a holistic vocational training in an exciting and familiar working environment.
