Nautilus Line Manager (M/F) Patek SA Genève Nautilus Line Manager (M/F) Mission As part of this function, attached to our Apparel Division, you will ensure the management of the team and all activities of the Nautilus Line Workshop, in close coordination with the other workshops of the division, as well as other services and divisions, in order to ensure the execution of the production plan within the quality criteria and Patek standards. You will be responsible for achieving results and facilitating the Collaborator Experience. Responsibilities Guide, support, encourage, motivate and develop your teams while maximizing productivity and deadlines to achieve objectives. Ensure the support of training and the development of versatility within the Workshop. Analyze operational processes, take corrective measures to improve quality, reduce waste rates and operating times. Ensure compliance with the production plan and guarantee the application of Patek standards. Progress the activity and operational processes of the Workshop in close coordination with other Workshops, as well as in collaboration with support services, internal Clients and other Services and Divisions. Sought profile Technician ES or other equivalent diploma. Experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position. Previous experience in management desired. Technical knowledge of traditional and CNC production trades. Knowledge of production management and Lean manufacturing. Mastery of office tools (MS Office / SAP).
