All its products are delivered in the group BISA's points of sale but also in large surfaces and food distribution chains, retailers and communities, hotels and restaurants present in different Swiss cantons. We are looking for Boulanger Viennois (M/F) Boulanger Viennois • Confection, cooking and finishing of products • Mastery of kneading, the laminator, the push in bag and the turning • Production of bread, specials, viennoiseries, salty products.... • Management of raw materials • Ensuring respect for internal standards and norms in force in the profession: hygiene, safety • Working hours 6am-3pm • Experience in semi-industrial • Experience of more than 2 years in a similar position • Training, diploma in bakery a plus • Initiative and very good priority management Thank you for sending us your application with CV, cover letter and work certificates.
