Then you are exactly right with us! We are the Kinderkrippe Fuchsbau in Aarau and accompany children from the third month of life until they start school. Our daily routine is accompanied by exciting weekly themes. Our activities are always based on the needs of the children. Our goal is to create a loving environment every day in which the children feel comfortable and can develop. Nature plays a big role for us: Daily walks in the surroundings are just as much a part of our daily routine as regular visits to the nearby playgrounds. In doing so, we discover the world together, gather valuable experiences and enjoy the time in the fresh air. What sets us apart? We are a small, family-like team that is constantly growing. A warm and supportive working atmosphere is particularly important to us. Team spirit is highly valued by us. We support each other, laugh together and make sure that the fun in the working day is not neglected. A co-group leader or co-educator with a federal certificate of competence. A person who enjoys being part of a small, family-like team and building the Kinderkrippe Fuchsbau with us. Flexibility and calmness even in stressful situations. Someone who thinks along and likes to bring in their own creative ideas. An empathetic personality who accepts other people as they are. It is important to us that the children are allowed to have their own experiences, and we actively and motivatedly accompany them on this path.
