You create and update subject-specific SOPs, instructions, and concepts in cooperation with the specialists/nursing experts and other professional groups. You lead and accompany projects within the framework of professional development and ensure nursing quality in the field of surgery and the entire KSA. You prepare current nursing quality indicators, discuss them in the participatory leadership committee, and initiate measures, plan the evaluation, and delegate the implementation to the specialists. You develop strategic directions together with the head of nursing development. You ensure interprofessional cooperation through suitable formats. You fulfill your advisory and role model function in all nursing-relevant topics and have a co-decision right in the participatory leadership committee as well as in the specialist committee. Your profile Several years of professional experience in surgery. Master of Science in Nursing or half of the studies completed. Understanding of strategic and operative as well as scientific issues. Professional appearance and enjoyment in the further development of specialist areas in an interprofessional team.
