We are looking for our Site Protection Service Professional Firefighter Officer in charge of training Your mission: You ensure the safety of the Monthey industrial park and its surroundings, as part of the first level of intervention of the professional firefighters You are in charge of training firefighters Your activities: Participate in the security concept of the Monthey industrial park and its surroundings Manage daily and major interventions Ensure a duty service (Officer on duty) Manage projects Manage teams during and outside interventions Organize internal and external training as well as firefighter training Continuously complete your training in Switzerland or Europe You have: A higher education in a technical or administrative field A firefighter officer training completed by one or more specialties A driver's license, categories B and C French as your native language, you have knowledge of English and/or German (a plus) At least 5 years of experience as a section chief or staff officer in a professional or permanent firefighters corps Solid experience as a dimensional intervention chief with multiple partners Good skills in command post driving practice Experience as a firefighter instructor and/or adult trainer A natural, inspiring, and charismatic leadership, with a dynamic personality, excellent relational skills, and great resistance to stress A state of health and physical condition in accordance with FSSP requirements and periodic performance tests SUVA, certified by an internal medical visit A clean judicial record extract will be required for this position Particularity of the function: the holder will have to reside or commit to residing 30 minutes from the site. This is a position with a mixed schedule including team work periods, day work, and duty service on call in respect of current legislation.
