Attached to the Head of Transverse Delivery, the Release Management & Testing Manager ensures the quality and control of the company's IT deployments. At the head of dedicated testing and release teams, you define practices, pilot delivery plans, and accompany the evolution of the field in a logic of continuous improvement, automation, and innovation. This position is aimed at a leader capable of combining recognized expertise in testing and release management, the two dimensions being at the heart of the function The missions that await you: • Define and evolve the Release Management & Testing strategy to ensure the quality, reliability, and control of IT deployments • Pilot testing activities (functional, integration, and automation tests) while ensuring continuous improvement of methods, tools, and practices • Build and orchestrate the annual release plan, ensuring alignment and coordination of the different stakeholders in Delivery • Supervise deployments in test and production environments, while ensuring effective risk and incident management • Ensure the availability, stability, and governance of the environments necessary for project and technical teams • Contribute to the transformation of the field by leading a reflection on the operating model, automation, evolution of testing practices, and opportunities offered by AI • Manage and develop an organization composed of internal and external teams, promoting skill development, engagement, and talent emergence Your profile: • You have confirmed experience in the fields of Release Management and Testing, with a solid understanding of deployments in test and production environments • You master the management of internal and external testing teams as well as different types of tests (functional, integration, NFT, NRT), and know how to evolve practices towards more efficiency and automation • You have demonstrated your ability to build, plan, and enforce a release plan in an environment involving multiple stakeholders. • Recognized leader, you know how to recruit, develop, and support your teams while promoting collaboration and skill development. • You are able to synthesize complex topics and communicate effectively with varied interlocutors, both in writing and orally • Curious and continuous improvement-oriented, you are interested in the evolution of testing practices, automation, new tools, and opportunities offered by AI • You have a higher education in computer science and a good knowledge of testing tools such as Tosca and GT-F; professional English completes your profile We offer you: • A healthy work environment in a mutual company labeled "Best Employer" • Multiple social benefits including flexibility in work organization • Work within a dynamic and passionate team • Human values centered on the well-being of employees We look forward to receiving your complete application file digitally (with CV, cover letter, copy of work certificates and diplomas).
