Real Estate Manager including Accounting 60-80% (w/m/d) What you move: You accompany the entire rental process – from the viewing to the preparation of the lease agreements to the takeover and handover of the objects You carry out the property accounting as well as the accounting independently and responsibly – from the processing of invoices in e-banking to the coding and posting in the financial accounting to the structured filing of the documents With your strong affinity for numbers, you prepare heating and service charge statements In the shared mailbox, you maintain an overview and answer inquiries competently, friendly and solution-oriented You also remain calm and professional in the case of complaints.
