For our customer in Embrach, we are looking for a HR Manager (m/w/d) 80-100% Your tasks • In this versatile position, you advise and accompany employees as well as executives in all personnel-relevant and labor-law issues. • You actively support management in implementing HR processes and contribute to continuously developing them further. • You recognize personnel or organization-related changes at an early stage and serve as a competent contact person and sparring partner for executives. • Additionally, you work closely with the international headquarters to successfully implement group-wide HR initiatives. • Furthermore, you participate in the preparation, analysis, and development of HR key figures. Your profile • You have completed training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate of proficiency; further qualification in the field of HR management is an advantage. • You also bring several years of professional experience in a similar HR function - ideally in the transport or logistics industry. • You possess very good English language skills; additional languages are a plus and facilitate international exchange. • Personally, you convince through a sense of responsibility, independence, and joy in driving projects forward and actively shaping changes. • Your high social competence, team ability, and fairness also characterize you.
