Your tasks - You make things move: • You manage the workshop and are responsible for your small team. • You enjoy sharing your knowledge and training apprentices. • You perform service, repair, and maintenance work on customers' bicycles. • You work autonomously and in a customer-oriented manner. • As a service provider, you respond skillfully to customer wishes and maintain an overview even during stressful periods. • You record, coordinate, and process orders routinely via our digital tools. • You share our requirement to provide every customer with the perfect bicycle - technically impeccable and individually adapted. • You have a certain flair for sales and enjoy contact with customers. Your profile - what you bring: • You have completed training as a bicycle mechanic CFC or an equivalent qualification. • You have completed the professional trainer course or are ready to do so. • You share our interest in bicycles and enjoy riding them yourself. • You have a great interest in technology and are willing to commit to the development of Thömus bicycles. • You work autonomously, carefully, and flexibly - even in case of stress, you maintain an overview and roll up your sleeves. • Teamwork, reliability, and a common goal are obvious to you - you are motivated to progress yourself and to advance the team.
