We offer leeway, we trust each other and we treat each other with respect. ### Your tasks • Monitoring and control of the medium voltage network as well as guaranteeing safe and reliable network operation • Responsibility for the operational management of the network including the coordination of operational maneuvers and network-related measures • Continuous elaboration and development of emergency and operation concepts to ensure security of supply • Technical guidance and support for network projects from planning to implementation • Analysis of failures and incidents as well as triggering and coordination of appropriate measures in loss management • Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as well as guaranteeing a smooth flow of information • On-call service and active participation in maintaining operational security Your profile • Electrical engineer degree, preferably with a specialization in energy technology • Basic training in electrical engineering or several years of professional experience in the management of high voltage installations • Ideally experience in network operation, network management or energy supply • Proficiency in MS Office as well as good knowledge in the use of computer systems • Structured, autonomous and responsible working method with great personal initiative • Excellent communication skills, stress resistance and assured management of demanding situations • Experience in crisis or event management is an asset • Very good knowledge of German spoken and written as well as good knowledge of English; other languages are a plus • Residence within a radius of approximately 30 minutes of Aarau Questions concerning the application Rahel Wetter Recruitment Partner 062 834 22 47 About us AEW Energie AG is an independent company from the canton of Aargau.
