Your future begins here # You are responsible for the development of e.foresight and represent the product externally and internally. You identify opportunities from trends, innovation and digitalization at an early stage and make them usable for our member banks. In doing so, you acquire and support the e.foresight clientele and independently conduct workshops on innovation and digitalization - including at executive management level (C-Level). In presentations and reports, you show how trends and signals affect banks, their business models and strategies. You maintain exchange within the ecosystem, conduct independent research and attend relevant conferences domestically and abroad.   Job Highlights • You represent the product internally and externally at the management level • You align the innovation agenda of our member banks with relevant trends and strengthen their competitiveness • You sharpen the e.foresight offering and increase its visibility and reach in the market • You win strategic projects and accompany them until measurable benefit for the clientele Your Skills • Several years of professional and leadership experience in banking or consulting with a focus on innovation and digitalization, focus on Retail Banking; Private Banking an advantage • Demonstrable success in the acquisition and support of clientele • Experience in product development as well as in the leadership and development of a team of experienced specialists • Knowledge and network in the FinTech and retail banking sector as well as sound knowledge of consulting and ideation methods • Great interest in innovations and startups as well as a sense for trends in banking • Networked, independent, conceptual and strategic thinker; capable of penetrating complex issues • Confident in exchange with high-ranking executives up to C-Level • Joy in researching, writing research reports and participating in studies • Very good German and good English; French an advantage With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or from your home office.
