Senior Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer Digital Banking

• 31 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Zürich What awaits you • Functional responsibility for the collection, analysis, and documentation of requirements around our digital banking solution • Close collaboration with developers, architects, and the product to structure complex functional and technical topics • Collection and structuring of customer and market requirements as well as their translation into clear requirements such as User Stories, Solution Outlines, or prototypes • Participation in integration projects in banks and support of our banking suite from the beginning until Go Live • Work at the interface between product development and client projects in the role of business analyst or requirements engineer • Possibility, depending on interest, to take on additional roles, for example as a Product Owner or Scrum Master • Participation in presentations, offers, and tenders with an overview of the commercial side What you bring • At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst or requirements engineer in the banking sector • Ability to collect, structure, and formulate requirements in such a way that they are directly actionable • Understanding of business and technology as well as the ability to work with developers on an equal footing • Experience in product development and custom development with a clear understanding of the differences • University degree in business information technology, banking and finance, business administration, computer science, or equivalent • Proficiency in agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban • Fluent proficiency in German and English • Preferred: experience with modern AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar We are looking for you - join our team
