Tasks: • Accompany strategic procurement projects according to IVöB and develop suitable procurement strategies • Create and implement commodity group, tender, and award strategies for indirect procurement • Conduct market, price, and cost analyses and identify optimization potential • Build and further develop strategic supplier, contract, and commodity group management • Advise specialist departments on economical, sustainable, and rule-compliant procurement Requirements: • Commercial or technical training, ideally with a focus on electrical engineering, as well as further education at HF/FH level in procurement, SCM, or business administration • Several years of experience in strategic procurement and in public procurement (IVöB) • Experience in developing procurement, commodity group, and supplier strategies • Confident appearance, negotiation skills, and strong stakeholder management competence • Good ERP knowledge, SAP an advantage • Independent, structured, and entrepreneurial way of working • Very good German skills (C2)
