Together, we work on the solutions for tomorrow, and we do this in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.   This is what you will do: • Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders, interdisciplinary teams, and external planning and construction teams. • Ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality planning. • Coordinate and implement infrastructure projects, as well as the installation of facilities (construction, renovation, refurbishment, relocation) with a focus on the production environment. • Identify and implement efficiency improvements in infrastructure/facility management, focusing on operational safety, sustainability, and risk management. • Create and manage budgets, schedules, and quality controls.   What you bring: • Completed degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or a comparable field. • At least 3 years of experience in leading medium to large projects, ideally in a production environment. • Secure handling of common project management tools and ERP systems, as well as experience with waterfall and hybrid project management methods; a PMP certification is an advantage. • Very good German and English skills, as well as a careful, solution-oriented, and structured way of working with high attention to detail. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. • Experience in operational team leadership is an advantage.
