As part of the replacement process, we are looking for an experienced and strong-leading personality as Head of OR & Intervention Rooms (Member of the Extended Management Team) YOUR TASKS • Overall responsibility for the operational management and further development of the entire OR operation • Management of the OR operating rooms and intervention areas, including prioritization in case of bottlenecks and emergencies • Ensuring stable, efficient, and patient-safe OR processes • Leadership of the areas of OR nursing, anesthesia nursing, and intervention nursing • Promotion of binding interprofessional cooperation • Analysis and optimization of central OR key figures as well as continuous further development of the perioperative processes along the entire treatment chain <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Physician (specialist title an advantage) or completed training in the OR nursing/anesthesia field with higher professional or management training • Further training in the field of management, OR management, process management, or hospital management is an advantage • Extensive experience in leading larger teams as well as experience in interprofessional cooperation and in the management of complex clinical processes • Expertise in the application and interpretation of OR key figures as well as in process improvements <br /> What makes this position special This position is a central leadership function with great scope for design, interdisciplinary connections, and a professional working environment.
