• 21 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite period • Hasle-Rüegsau Service Technician 100% Apply online Your tasks • Responsibility for the complete management of cooling and lubrication fluids (Customer Fluid Management) at contract customers • Monitoring, maintenance, filling, replacement and documentation in accordance with the customer agreement • Organization of logistics for the execution of service work • Organization and execution of correct waste disposal • Documentation of work according to the agreed form • Execution of cleaning work and other activities related to CFM service • Assistance to customers outside of CFM management in the field of cooling and lubrication fluid maintenance • Monitoring of cooling fluids and documentation in the required manner • Replacement of cooling fluids at customers • Complaint management - updating data in the system and implementation of measures (on-site troubleshooting) • Assistance at trade fairs - implementation of filling concepts • Sales support in Switzerland with other services • Support to the Swiss marketplace for tasks with LiquidTool systems (LTA/LTM/LTS/Autopilot) Your profile • Professional training in the field of mechanics/metal machining • Ideally experience in the technical services sector • Experience in a production and workshop environment with a practical link • Driving license for handling equipment desired (e.g. forklift) • Good knowledge of MS Office applications • Aptitude and pleasure in using IT tools • French and German spoken and written • Great sense of organization • Team spirit and customer orientation - pleasure in direct contact with customers • Availability for travel at 80% Your opportunity We offer you a demanding and varied task within a motivated team.
