What to expect • You are part of a newly created role and take on a central function in our disposal logistics in Willisau • You ensure, together with a 3-person team, that over 1'000 tons of cardboard, 150 tons of residual waste, and 42 tons of packaging film are processed efficiently every year • You help with collection rounds in internal waste and recyclable materials logistics • You transport sorted, separated materials with forklift trucks or hand carts to the disposal station • You load trailers with residual material bales (mainly cardboard and residual waste) using a forklift and prepare them for further processing • You actively contribute, think along, and take responsibility for improvements in processes and procedures • You take care of the weekly cleaning of the outdoor area together with the team What you bring • You have completed training (EFZ advantageous, e.g., as a recycler or comparable - also EBA possible) • You have a SUVA-recognized forklift license or are willing to acquire it internally (mandatory) • You have good German language skills for safe communication in everyday work • You work independently, reliably, and take on responsibility • You work well in a team, think along, and actively address problems and ideas • You are interested in recycling materials and are willing to acquire knowledge on the job • You are willing to work in a flexible shift model between 07:00 and 22:00 (start times around 07:00, 10:00, or 12:00) - including possible Saturday shifts Benefits • Discounts: Attractive discounts in the Brack online shop, as well as meal discounts and staff restaurants in Mägenwil and Willisau. • Recreation: At least 5 weeks of vacation, plus the option to purchase additional vacation days and unpaid leave. • Development: Internal training in our own academy and financial participation in external further education. • Family: 18 weeks of paid maternity leave with the option to extend and 4 weeks of paid paternity leave. • Insurance: More than mandatory - 100% salary continuation and full financing of daily sickness benefits by the employer. • Mobility: Free parking, financial participation in public transport, and pool vehicles for business appointments.
