How you will make a difference as an Associate R&D Specialist System Performance • Optimize system performance to ensure consistent cup quality and an excellent user experience on beverage systems. • Build a scientific understanding of the interactions between machine, product, and packaging to optimize design decisions. • Leverage models, data analysis, and digital tools to accelerate learning beyond physical testing. • Provide clear physical explanations of system phenomena to support confident technical decisions. • Contribute to troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and commissioning support to ensure project success. • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration and competitive benchmarking to support innovation and continuous improvement. What will make you perform • Bring solid knowledge in physics, fluid mechanics, and beverage system performance to solve complex technical challenges. • Apply a scientific approach to understand the interactions between machine, product, and packaging. • Use data analysis, modeling, and digital tools, including R or Python, to generate insights and drive decisions. • Collaborate with curiosity, openness, and pragmatism with product, packaging, and machine teams. • Communicate fluently in French and English. • Demonstrate courage, collaboration, speed, and continuous learning.
