Buyer Wood/Parquet 100% (m/f/d) The Holzpunkt AG is a leading trading and production company for naturally oiled parquet. Around 30 employees in Zürich, Bern, Zug, Wila and Balterswil ensure service tailored to customer needs. Here an insight into the Edelweiss Parkettmanufaktur and into an event organized by us in the Kunsthaus Zürich. To reinforce our team in Wila, we are looking for an engaged personality in purchasing, per sofort or by arrangement, who actively contributes to ensuring a smooth flow of goods between suppliers, warehouse and production. Your main tasks: Independent handling of the operational purchasing of parquet, solid wood and accessories domestically/abroad Ensuring timely procurement (price, quantity, availability and stock levels) including transport and control of deliveries and invoices Conducting price and contract negotiations with suppliers Close coordination with sales, production, warehouse and logistics for timely processing Participation in the production planning Ölstrasse (refining of parquet planks) Maintenance of article and supplier master data in the ERP Responsible for audit preparation and maintaining the FSC-/PEFC-certification Your profile: Commercial training or basic training in the wood industry paired with strong commercial expertise Experience in purchasing, ideally in the wood/parquet industry Negotiation skills and entrepreneurial thinking Structured, precise and independent way of working Proficient use of MS Office / ERP as well as IT affinity English skills are an advantage We offer you: Responsible role between purchasing, production and trade Collegial environment with short decision-making paths Opportunities for professional and personal development Would you like to combine your experience in purchasing with your passion for wood?
