Your tasks with your new employer You support the directors of preschool structures on all HR matters and advise the employees in your sector You manage the employee life cycle, from recruitment to departure, as well as all personnel administration (contracts, work certificates, correspondence, etc.) You support structure directors in the use of the time management software and ensure the smooth running of HR administrative processes You lead or participate in HR projects related to personnel administration, process optimization, training, and skills development You contribute to the deployment of prevention and quality of life at work policies and collaborate closely with the Human Resources Management on cross-functional projects You ensure the monitoring and analysis of HR indicators in your sector to support decision-making, while promoting a collaborative and caring team culture What you offer your new employer You hold a Federal Diploma of HR Specialist or an equivalent training You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess solid expertise in human resources administration You have mastered labor law, HR processes, and payroll management. Knowledge of Abacus is an asset You are comfortable with IT tools (MS Office, HRIS) and distinguish yourself by your excellent writing, organizational, and project management skills You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative leadership, initiative, empathy, and a high capacity for adaptation Have we piqued your interest?
