As a daycare center manager, you will undertake the following activities, among others: - Lead employees including the involvement of personnel policy and leadership principles and support them in their further development - Develop and promote cooperation and team culture - Assume responsibility for vocational training - Guide employees in the implementation of specifications regarding pedagogy, hygiene, safety, child protection, and nutrition, as well as ensure quality management - Ensure internal and external information flow - Various administrative tasks (parent letters, work planning, annual planning, creating contracts, maintaining cash accounting and occupancy statistics, etc.) As a leader, you are an important contact person for employees and customers. An appreciative, fair, consistent, and benevolent interaction is therefore a basic requirement for us.
