Outpatient and inpatient services transition seamlessly into one another. While Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private Spitex services throughout Switzerland. For Senevita Halten in Lenk, we are looking for per October 2026 or by arrangement a/an Managing Director 80-100% # Your tasks ## • You are responsible for the qualitative and quantitative objectives of an operation with around 45 employees, who take care of a high quality of life for our residents (31 nursing beds, 3 apartments) • You are responsible for the operational management of Senevita Halten and directly lead the management team as well as the areas of facility management, workplace safety and fire protection • You are prepared to lead the operation according to the values and guidelines of Senevita to achieve the company goals as well as economic goals. • You enjoy contact and exchange with residents, relatives, employees as well as external partners • You promote the strong regional anchoring of the operation through active networking and public relations work • You work closely with the areas of nursing, hotel management, gastronomy and administration and promote cross-departmental cooperation. • You enjoy the acquisition of new residents • With your innovative ideas, you constantly bring the operation one step forward • Through good cooperation with the headquarters, you achieve your goals effortlessly What you bring with you ## • You have completed training as an institution manager or a comparable, qualified training with business administration knowledge • You are anchored in the region, possess a good network and have experience with CRM • You bring knowledge in the HR area • Ideally, you have training in the nursing area (desirable) • You enjoy leadership and bring several years of experience in managing an operation • You are a captivating and stress-resistant person with a winning charisma • You do not lose your sense of humor even in a demanding everyday life and the role as a host is tailor-made for you We offer you ## • Family atmosphere, close cooperation with the various specialist departments, support from the regional management and a mentor • Support and assistance from the staff units at the headquarters • Versatile task with possibilities for design • High degree of independence as well as personal responsibility • Flexible place of work as well as travel activity within Switzerland • Good social benefits and at least 5 weeks of vacation (from 50 years 6, or from 60 years 7 weeks) • Various discounts (fuel, supplementary insurance, fitness, pharmacy, etc.) • Our training and further education offer is impressive ## Have we aroused your interest?
