Housekeeping Assistant

We are an established gastronomy business in Sins (Kanton Aargau), which specializes in supplying international hotel guests in the tourism regions of Vierwaldstättersee and Zugersee. We are looking for reinforcement for our team, effective immediately or by arrangement. Your main tasks: • International customer service (central area of responsibility): Professional, independent receipt of telephone online orders and competent provision of information for our international hotel customers. Housekeeping & Kitchen: Reliable assistance with general housekeeping and cleaning work as well as active support of our kitchen team during ongoing operations. Working hours & flexibility: Main working hours: Regular, fixed shifts every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) as well as on public holidays. Late shift: The shifts usually last until midnight (24:00 Uhr). Your profile:Place of residence / willingness to relocate (Mandatory): Due to the working hours until midnight and the limited public transport connections after work, it is mandatory that you move to Sins (AG) within the probationary period (if you do not already live in Sins). Language skills (Mandatory): Fluent English in speaking and writing (level C1 or native speaker), in order to assist the demanding hotel customers on the telephone with absolute certainty and without errors. Good German skills (level B1 or higher) are a great advantage. Good knowledge in the area of oriental, Asian cuisine and culture. Professional experience: 1 year or more (abroad or Switzerland). Way of working: High service orientation, strong communication skills, flexibility and reliability. We offer: A varied and responsible task.
