High above Lake Walensee, in a beautiful location, surrounded by meadows and in the midst of nature, lies the Aeschen old people's and nursing home. The house with 21 rooms offers 22 elderly and care-dependent people a cozy home in a quiet and family-friendly environment. We are looking for a Heimleiterin / Heimleiter (80 - 100%) as of December 1, 2026, or by agreement. Your tasks: • You take over the overall responsibility of the home operation. • Together with the head of nursing, you manage the Aeschen old people's and nursing home, both personally and administratively. In the areas of finance and personnel, you will be supported by the municipal administration as needed. • You organize the smaller construction maintenance of the old people's and nursing home. • You ensure a good anchoring of the old people's and nursing home in the community. • You maintain contacts with partners, associations, and other service providers in the region. • You are directly and uncomplicatedly available as a contact person for the residents, their relatives, and employees. We expect: • Leadership experience and business management knowledge. • Ideally, you have completed training as an institutional manager and have experience from a company in the health or social sector. • Enjoy working with older people and a appreciative attitude towards employees. • Willingness and desire to analyze and, if necessary, rebuild processes. • High independence, conscientiousness, and integrity. • Willingness to lend a hand yourself if necessary, whether in caring for residents or in operational maintenance.
