Share What can you expect? ## During your 3-year apprenticeship, you will gain insight into various departments and be deployed in the following work situations: • Receiving and forwarding bank customers • Advising bank customers • Supporting bank customers through digital channels • Assisting in customer consulting • Preparing and processing bank transactions administratively • Deployment at our French-speaking business office Courtepin In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practice trainers. The apprenticeship with us can be completed either with an EFZ extended basic education or with a vocational maturity. What do you bring? ## • Completed secondary school with good grades • Enjoyment of customer contact and work in various teams • Interest in banking and economic contexts • Interest in working with digital media • Communication skills, reliability, willingness to learn and commitment
