Ref. job Plasta: Job No. 00002465345 The PsyOne Châtel-Saint-Denis office, a member of the PsyOne network, is looking for: Psychologist • Function: a FSP psychologist for psychological consultations. • CDI position at 20% (one day of work per week to be agreed with the employer) • Place of work: PsyOne Châtel Saint-Denis office • Start date: to be agreed • Status: Employee - Contract on call This position is aimed at a person wishing to offer psychological support and quality to adult and adolescent patients. You will join a dynamic team, supported by a centralized administrative structure (secretariat, online agenda OneDoc, appointment management and digital visibility). The main role of the psychologist will be to provide psychological support to people going through difficult situations. The position contributes directly to PsyOne's mission: to offer rapid and human access to qualified psychologists, without a waiting list, throughout the Romandy region. Profile: • Master's degree in psychology recognized in Switzerland and FSP title • Postgraduate training in emergency psychology or psychotraumatology • Previous experience in psychological support or first-line consultation desired • Ability to work autonomously while integrating a structured professional framework • Good relational and writing skills in French • Interest in integrative approaches (health psychology, psychoeducation, mindfulness, etc.) • Basic computer skills (online agenda, professional emails, etc.) Mission: • Conduct individual psychological interviews (children, adults, couples or adolescents) • Identify needs and develop personalized support plans • Offer short, medium or long-term follow-up, according to the patient's request • Collaborate with other psychologists in the network for orientation or cross-supervision • Keep patient records in respect of professional secrecy and data protection (LPD) • Communicate in a benevolent and professional manner with the secretariat and medical or social partners when necessary Success criteria: • Offer quality psychological consultations, focused on listening, understanding and patient empowerment • Maintain regular and reliable availability on agreed days (pre-defined weekly schedule) Application Thank you for sending your complete application (CV, cover letter, copies of diplomas, FSP certificates and extract of criminal record) to: contact.sanaone@protonmail.ch Subject: Application – Psychologist FSP Châtel-Saint-Denis
