Managing Director Our client, a renowned gardening company in the Luzern/Zug region, is looking for a motivated and committed: Employment Permanent position 100% Work location Luzern Requirements \- Completed studies in the field of horticulture, landscape architecture, business administration or comparable qualification - Several years of relevant professional experience in a management position in a horticulture or landscaping company - Sound knowledge in project management and corporate management - Strong communication and leadership skills - Category B driver's license and flexibility for regional assignments in Luzern/Zug - Customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking - German language skills at native level, English language skills are an advantage Field of activity \- Strategic planning and management of all business activities in the area of horticulture and garden maintenance - Responsibility for operational processes and ensuring efficient resource use - Active acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer relationships - Budget planning and control as well as ensuring the financial performance of the company - Personnel management including recruiting, training and development of the team - Compliance with legal regulations and quality standards
